HENRI DU MONCEAU

These prints are from Du Monceau's beautiful work, "Traite des Arbres Fruitiers". Henri du Monceau was France's outstanding dendrologist of the mid-eighteenth century. Many prominent engravers worked on the book, which was published in Paris in 1768.
